I just wanted to send out one last reminder. If you’re planning to submit an ad for the Choral Classic program, please do so in the next few days. If you want to, but won’t have it ready until next week after the MN competition, that’s fine too as long as you let me know in advance that it’s coming. That way I can block out the space. Email: [email protected] Thanks! Katie Claypool [email protected] Hello Esprit, Classics and Band -
This is the final check of the room requirements for Nashville. This is one last check to make sure I didn't forget anyone. There have been a lot of e-mails with all aspects of show choir recently and I want to summarize what I've received before I send the final count. I'm meeting with the guy running the Nashville event TONIGHT. If you are not listed below, you will not have a room reserved through Heart of America. If you are listed below, this is what you are now committed to. They will be invoicing me TONIGHT and this will go final. If you are not listed and still need a room, I need to know by Monday afternoon. I can be reached at [email protected] or 630-336-8894. I'm not including the requests for the Wildhorse. They mentioned there will be virtually unlimited tickets available in Nashville so it will just be one less thing I will need to coordinate. I'll confirm that tonight. Thanks and have a great day all. Mike Moukheiber Families requesting rooms Mindy McDonald - 1 room, 3 adults, 4 nights Mike Stec - 1 room, 2 adults, 1 youth, 3 nights John Meyer - 1 room, 3 adults, 4 nights Lori Bein - 1 room, 2 adults, 1 night James Zessin - 1 room, 3 adults, 4 nights Lisa Benjamin - 1 room, 1 adult, 4 nights Brian Romes - 2 rooms, 2 adults, 4 nights & 2 adults, 2 nights David Heise - 1 room, 2 adults, 2 youth, 4 nights Michelle Mikayla - 2 rooms, 3 adults, 3 nights & 3 adults, 3 nights 17. That's how many have done what I've asked. 17 students out of 65. That's 26%. Terrible.
-You must fill out the form -If you've worked Choral Classic in the past, you have a Volunteer T-Shirt. To prove that you actually have it and know where it is, text a picture of the shirt with a piece of paper on it showing your name to Mrs. Kirby (630) 863-3972. -Everyone who is helping at the Choral Classic must have a VOUNTEER T-Shirt. -If you don't complete this task by the midnight tonight, here's what will happen: 1. You'll look really, really dumb wearing a bedazzled, pink and orange sweater vest with "I Didn't Listen to Miller" in green Comic Sans font on the back. 2. I will sent a remind notification every 5 minutes starting tomorrow at 7:00AM. Not joking. 3. I'll send Chuck Norris to make you do it. AGAIN, Please fill out the form whether you have a shirt at home or not so we can keep track. Here it is! https://goo.gl/forms/rwIHwzGkFckd8Vuh2 Thank you very much. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Antuna (630) 220-9164 or Mrs. Kirby (630) 863-397 Exchange with Skutt Catholic Vivace
